Who we are
Juiced Agency is a social media content agency based in San Antonio, Texas. This notice explains what we do with the information you give us when you apply to join our team.
What we collect
- What you type into the application: your name, phone, email, city, social media profiles and links, experience, equipment, availability and your answers.
- Whether you're 18 or older. We don't ask for your exact age or date of birth.
- Optional race/ethnicity, only if you choose to answer. It is stored separately with no name, contact details or link to your application, nobody reviewing applications can see it, and it is never used in hiring decisions.
- How you found us: the tags in the link you used (for example the ad or post name).
- If enabled, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel records that the page was visited, that the Apply button was clicked and that an application was submitted, so we can measure our ads. Your answers are never sent to Meta. You can block this with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.
How we use it
- To review your application and contact you about the role.
- To see which ads and job posts bring in good candidates.
- We use AI tools to help organize and summarize applications. A person reviews every application and makes every hiring decision.
We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
Only our hiring team, through a password-protected admin area. Applications are stored in a private, access-controlled cloud database (Supabase). Our website host (Vercel) and AI providers (Anthropic, Google) process the information only to run the site and the tools described above.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep applications only as long as we need them for hiring. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your application at any time by replying to any message from our team.
Age
This opportunity is only for people 18 or older. We don't knowingly accept applications from anyone under 18.
